Ultimo ($ULTIMO) is a meme token on BNB Chain with a 3% trade tax. Every 30 minutes that tax turns into real tokenized US stocks (bStocks) and lands straight in holders' wallets. Just hold and you earn. Set a war split once, and that share of each dividend automatically fights in a 30 minute up or down arena that never closes.

HOLD THE GREEN CANDLE
Buy the token. Hold it. Every half hour, a slice of the trading tax lands in your wallet as real stock. That's the whole floor. Everything on top of it is optional upside.
How it works
Four steps. Tax collection is automatic; Flap dividends and Arena winnings are claimed from the Chapter 1 testnet console.
01
Buy & Hold
$ULTIMO launches on Flap (BNB Chain). Every buy and sell pays a 3% tax that pools by itself. Chapter 1 testnet uses TEST and a synthetic stock receipt.
02
Earn Every 30 Min
The tax is auto liquidated and turned into this chapter's real stock (bStocks), then dropped to holders as spot dividends. By default you keep 100%. It's a high frequency stock dividend.
03
Optional: Set a War %
By default every dividend lands straight in your wallet, nothing at risk. Want in? Register a split once on the site, keep 50 and bet 50, or go full send. From then on that share of each dividend auto enters the live round the moment it drops. Reset it to zero anytime.
04
Winner Takes All
Finish above the round's open price and Longs win. Finish below and Shorts win. Winners split the losers' entire pool, pro rata. Everyone wrong but you? You take it all. That's GME.
The 30 minute doomsday arena
A fresh round opens every half hour, all day, all week. Others get one 0DTE a day. Ultimo gives you 48, and the doors never shut.
How a round works
At :00 and :30 the round snapshots an opening price. Betting locks for the final 5 minutes. A settled or voided round becomes claimable from the testnet console.
Why it can't blow up
There is no house exposure. Winners split 97% of the losing pool after the 3% settlement rake. The contract never pays more receipt tokens than it holds.
Chapter 1 Testnet uses Hyperliquid xyz:GME opening prices and 5 minute TWAP reports, signed and submitted by the automated keeper.
Season 1 · five cities
Only Chapter 1 is implemented in the current testnet contracts. The remaining cities are locked product concepts, not deployed parameter sets.

The playThe same engine, rounds squeezed to 5 minutes. A lightning table at pure casino tempo.
Chapter 3 / 5
Macau
Banker vs Player · 1962
By 1962, Macau had become the baccarat capital of the world. No skill, just a coin flip between Banker and Player, tracked on the road sheet everyone swears by.
The playThe pools become Banker versus Player, with a live baccarat road sheet of every result.
Chapter 4 / 5
Hong Kong
The Peg Defense · 1998
In 1998, as speculators led by Soros attacked the Hong Kong dollar, the HKMA stepped into the market and defended the peg. And won.

In 2007, Japan's legendary housewife investors, known as Mrs. Watanabe, quietly moved global currency markets with the yen carry trade.
The playThe calm finale. Stake your dividends, share the season's rake, mint your badges, and Season 2 is announced.
We say the hard parts first
No overpromising. Here's exactly what you get, plus the one trust assumption in the whole system.
bStocks are exposure
bStocks are wrapped price exposure to real stocks. You get the economic upside and downside, not shareholder voting or legal ownership. We say so up front.
One price relay
Settlement uses a price relay (Hyperliquid perps verified against Pyth) posted on chain. We run it, the methodology is public, and anyone can replay it. It is the single centralized point, and we're telling you first.
The default is safe
Touch nothing and you're simply a high frequency stock dividend holder. The arena doesn't exist for you. Betting is fully opt in, and your split only ever affects future dividends.
It's not that memes control the stock market. For the first time, meme money and stock money sit at the same table, hold the same weapons, and keep the same hours. Legends don't die. They change form.

How the arena works
Set once, runs forever
Pick a direction and war ratio, then use Save preset to submit it on chain. Set war to zero to remain fully bagged.
Your three directions
Up takes the up side every round, betting the price finishes above the open. Down takes the down side every round, betting it finishes below the open. Doom auto sides with the smaller pool each round, chasing the fattest multiple. Pure contrarian.
Override a single round
Choose a direction and ratio, then press This round while betting is open. The next round returns to the standing preset.
How a round settles
At :00 and :30 the keeper submits the Hyperliquid opening price, persists live samples throughout the round, and settles from the final 5 minute TWAP. Finalized candles provide a fallback and fresh Pyth data provides a deviation check.
There is no house
Winners split the losers' pool pro rata, so the smaller side earns the bigger multiple. Dead flat returns a full refund. If one side has nobody, the round is voided.
Chapter 1 only
The deployed engine implements 30 minute Up, Down and Doom rounds. Later city mechanics are not part of this testnet contract.
Season One: Five Cities
New York is the only implemented Chapter 1 contract. The other four cities remain locked concepts and are not included in this testnet scope.

FAQ
We say the ugly parts first, so nobody else gets to.
Am I getting real stock?
bStocks are wrapper tokens. You get economic exposure (price moves and dividend reinvestment), not legal shareholder rights. No votes, no proxy card. Front page, not fine print.
Where does the settle price come from?
Hyperliquid's US stock perps trade 24/7 and track the underlying. During market hours Pyth adds a second source to cross check it. Settlement is a 5 minute TWAP, never a single print. Arena settlement has zero contractual ties to the bStocks issuer.
Is any part of this centralized?
One part: the price relay. We run it, it posts the signed settlement TWAP to BSC, and the methodology is public, so anyone can replay it against HL and Pyth. It's the single trust point in the whole project, and we're telling you first.
Is the team the house? Can it blow up?
There is no house exposure. Winners split the losing pool after the 3% settlement rake, and payouts are limited to receipt tokens already protected by the Vault.
What if I just want dividends, no gambling?
That's the default. Touch nothing, and every 30 minutes your stock dividend lands and bags itself. The arena doesn't exist for you.
Does the arena ever close?
No. Settlement rides Hyperliquid's US stock perps, which trade 24/7, so the arena runs around the clock, a fresh 30 minute round every half hour, all week. Dividends never stop either. Ultimo never sleeps.
For the first time, meme money and stock money sit at the same table.
